General Use

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward staff, instructors, fellow students, and the facility.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from classes or the premises for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of:
• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Studio-initiated cancellations (e.g., class canceled or rescheduled)
• Other reasons at management's discretion
• Unused classes packs expire after the period noted at purchase.

Liability Waiver

• All participants acknowledge that dance and movement activities carry inherent physical risks.
• By attending, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury and release CrownDance Studio and its staff from any claims.
• We encourage all dancers to consult with a physician before starting any physical activity.

Privacy & Data

• Personal data collected through our website or registration system is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share personal information without consent.

Intellectual Property

• All content, choreography, and instructional materials are property of Crown Dance Studio.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Minors

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Guardians must sign a waiver for any minor participating.

Studio Accessibility & Safety

• Our studio is ADA accessible and committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming space for all.
• Anyone making others feel unsafe or unwelcome may be asked to leave.
